Around Bridgwater is a community initiative operated by Office Eight. It is not an official City of Winnipeg, developer or property-management website, and it does not speak for any business listed here.
Office Eight is the operator responsible for the information collected through this site and for the emails sent from it. You can reach the team at hello@officeeight.co.
Newsletter signup: your name, email address, the audience you chose (resident, business owner, agent or landlord), the topics you selected, and the date you gave consent.
Listing or service request: your business name, contact name, email address, category, what you asked for, and any notes you write.
We do not ask for payment details, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. A small amount of information (such as your saved listings) is kept only in your own browser and never sent to us.
To send the monthly newsletter you asked for, to reply to listing corrections and service requests, and to keep a record that consent was given.
We never sell your information, and we do not share it with the businesses in the directory unless you asked us to connect you.
Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Listing and service requests are kept while the request is open and for up to 24 months afterwards so we can see the history of a listing.
Submissions are stored in a private database that only the volunteer team can read. Form submissions are not publicly readable, and the site itself cannot list or display them.
